Communication -- We understand that communication is KEY in this industry. Our internal communications team has developed training strategies and controls to ensure all of our personnel will communicate clearly and timely to our customers during all phases of business.
Reliability -- We have one of the largest pallet manufacturing networks in the US, which enables us to ensure your pallets are manufactured and delivered on time every time. Our timely delivery rate (TDR) is over 99.48%.
Accountability -- Unfortunately, no industry is perfect and there are times where issues and/or unwanted situations occur. When such occurrences happen, we work as diligently as possible to ensure the occurrence gets resolved in a timely manner (regardless of whose at fault). We will NOT let a problem go unresolved! u
